Every device purchased from us automatically comes with a 1-Year Warranty, valid for 12 months from the day your order is delivered.

2. Warranty Exclusions

- Unauthorized Repairs: If the device is opened for diagnosis or repair by you or a third party not authorized by GoGadgets.
Important Note on Waterproofing:
Please remember that the manufacturer’s original waterproofing is rarely maintained on refurbished devices. During the refurbishment process, devices are opened for testing and inspection, meaning the original water-resistant sealing cannot be guaranteed.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you notice a defect, please notify us immediately. Delaying your report may result in your service request being rejected, meaning we will no longer be obligated to repair or replace the item.
4. What if Your Device is No Longer Covered?
If your warranty has expired or voided, you still have options. Don’t worry; we are still here to help:
- Repair It: Often, a device just needs a minor fix. We can direct you to affordable repair services.
- Trade It In: We may be able to buy back your device. This puts money in your pocket and keeps the device in circulation.

5. The 30-Day Return Policy

5. How to Prepare Your Return
